30-day hassle-free returns on all purchases.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll make it right.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
To start a return, email us at support@babytage.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Start your return, and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@babytage.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
