Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the US. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to additional countries.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Orders

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. Contact us at support@babytage.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, check your tracking link first. If you need further help, contact us and we'll investigate.

Are your products safe?
Yes. Every product is reviewed for safety before it's added to our store. We only sell non-regulated baby accessories - never medical devices, monitors, or safety-critical gear.
Do you sell car seats or baby monitors?
No. Babytage focuses on non-regulated baby accessories like sleep aids, feeding tools, toys, and nursery organizers. We leave safety-critical items to specialized retailers.
Where are your products sourced?
We source products from trusted suppliers globally, and each item goes through our safety and quality review before being listed.
